What I collect

When you fill in a form on this site — contact, home-value, home-search, or market-update signup — I collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, your message, and any search preferences you share (area, budget, beds, baths, must-haves). The home-value form also collects the property address you ask about and your selling timeline.

If you create a client portal account, I store your account email, your saved search details, homes you choose to save, and the messages we exchange in the portal.

Homes you save with the heart button before signing in are stored in your own browser on your device, not on my servers.

Why I collect it

Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare the home-value estimate or home search you asked for, send market updates if you signed up for them, and run the client portal if you create an account.

Submitting an inquiry signs you up only for a reply about that inquiry. Market-update emails go only to people who explicitly subscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any of them.

How your information is handled

Your details come to me, Allison Carter, and are stored in this site's database. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with other agents, lenders, or advertisers for their own marketing.

As a licensed agent, I work under my brokerage, Alpha Sands Realty. If you become a client or we work on a transaction together, your information may be shared with my brokerage as needed for supervision, compliance, and record-keeping required by Florida law.

This site is run using service providers that host the website and database and deliver email. Their systems and authorized technical staff may process or access your information only to operate, secure, and support the site, not for their own marketing.

To help me reply quickly and personally, I may use an artificial-intelligence tool to draft follow-up messages. When I do, the details of your inquiry may be processed by that tool to produce the draft. Every message is reviewed by me before it is sent.

How it is protected

Lead records and client portal information are protected by sign-in controls. Within the site, lead records are visible only to me, and your portal search, saved homes, and messages are visible only to you and me. Beyond that, access is limited to my brokerage as described above and to the service providers that operate the site. No system is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you. Email or call me using the details below and I will respond promptly. I may need to keep certain records — for example, records tied to a real estate transaction — for as long as Florida law or my brokerage requires; anything not subject to those requirements will be deleted.

Market updates are sent only to people who subscribe. Every update includes my contact details and a physical mailing address, and you can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing me. Unsubscribe requests are honored within 10 business days.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses your browser's storage to keep you signed in and to remember homes you save. It does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics scripts, or tracking pixels. The hosting provider keeps basic, aggregate visit statistics (such as page views and device type) as part of running the site.
